About
Marla Lane-Parks, LMFT 128173
For nine years I have had hands-on experience working with individuals, children, couples and families, and have helped my clients deal with the various challenges life brought them. Diversity and inclusion are core beliefs of mine. I feel that every person has value that can be enriched and strengthened.
Most people at some point in their life, deal with emotional and sometimes physical trauma. By employing the power of positivity and by learning how to have faith in ourselves, each one of us can learn techniques and coping skills that will lead to making better choices and having happier days.
I will work collaboratively with you on whatever issues you bring to me and will listen fully to what you have to say without judgment. I will be professionally and emotionally invested in our journey together to achieve a brighter future for you, and I can’t wait to begin!
method
I integrate different modalities of work in order to best suit what we will do, drawing on the humanistic approach, play therapy, expressive arts therapy, narrative work, attachment theory, mindfulness, neurofeedback and somatic work.
